Many Indians still don't know that Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev were unlawfully killed 1 day before their hanging was scheduled due to fear of panic in public(as British explained it).
Its still not clear if they were shot or hanged.
Their bodies were cut into pieces and the bags were being thrown in Ravi when the people waiting outside the jail discovered as they found the back wall of the jail broken by Britishers themselves. Those who were carrying the bodies were located before they could throw them in river, Ravi. There and then the cremation was conducted. Not to forget, Bhagat Singh was an Atheist and was proud of being one so the cremation methods were not at religious disposal.
The matter is of the crime committed by Britishers in killing the heroes. If British couldn't bear the blunt of a mild roar by our then middle-class heroes, what could we have been had our Lions not slaughtered.
